Interview with Zach, Trevor and Andy
JM: Did you find it difficult to get along with other inmates? Please give examples to explain why you did or didn't.
Zach: Yes, as I do not get along well with others, I find it hard to not want
to knock somebody to the floor!
Trevor: Not really. A couple people tried to get under my
skin but I'm pretty simple and I'll take the
challenge for my own survival, safety and morals.
Andy: I was housed in 3west and as far as I know
everyone got a long well considering it's a floor
for lesser crimes so everyone that is on this side
got to work.
JM: What types of things did you have to do to avoid problems or fights with other inmates?
Zach: I do law work, so when dudes who knew me from doing so much
time, or other new guys asked me a question about law, all I did
was answer questions...like "how much time will I get for this type
of case?" etc.
Trevor: To avoid problems one must take any challenge
straight to the challenger, IN HER FACE.
Andy: Didn't really have a problem.
JM: Were you able to choose an inmate as your cellmate if you knew one? How often would your cellmate(s) change?
Zach: No.
Trevor: Only after being a resident for a while does any
guard allow you anything. But picking your celly,
you'd be pretty lucky.
Andy: On 3West you were assigned a cell mate that worked
where you were in the jail.

well as far as im concerned some of the officers need to go to jail , the way i was treated and talked to every time i been to sacramento county is a shame . my cases have always been small mis. traffic. i have 2 boys that just turned the age to go to jail and they would agree this is a fucked up place to do time. the officers forget that are people to all people make mistakes ,dosnt make them looser. my son just got sentence to 14 years in jail by a public defender i think that was falty, had a gun that didnt work and charges were very bogus, im not saying he is innocent however 14 years .

i got 17 day jail sentence and i have to do 4 of those days in consecutive confinement .can i get 4 of those days on the home detension and the rest on work project ? or do i have to do all days on home detention

I have searched this website and cannot find out how to find out the release date of an inmate. Any help?

I have 2 warrents for recieving stolen property. When i was arrested, the was only 1 count. no charges were filed so I was released the next morning. Now there is a warrent for my arrest with 2 counts. this was about 10 yrs ago. I cannot do the jail thing anymore because I have a bad problem with my lower back

Should I do 18 days in sac co jail or pay $2.500 fine? Is jail really that bad?

I would do the time. You MIGHT end up serving a week, at most. Realistically you will serve like 4-9 days. Its not as bad as people say. Unless you have $2500 i would do the time.

I noticed this is an old comment but for anybody else looking... do the time! Sacramento county isn't that bad and 18 days isn't worth $2500 (you'll probably get out within a week like leon said)...

my husband was extrodited from another state back to cali I was told he's at sacramento jail, where would he be housed.GP or LOCKDOWN and can he send mail out right away

If you wish to not break an obsecure law please get a lawyer to help you or you will go to jail for breaking a law you didn't know.
:P Figured you would try to ruin what should be a helping experience as that's all an Anonymous person ever does. I hope you break an obsecure law and get lodged in the county jail with a *WTF* look to your face. |
